Alan Richardson specializes in history and philosophy of science in the era from from Kant to the present. He is author of Carnap’s Construction of the World (Cambridge, 1997). He is co-editor of Origins of Logical Empiricism (Minnesota, 1996), Logical Empiricism in North America (Minnesota, 2006), and the Cambridge Companion to Logical Empiricism (Cambridge, 2007). He is an advisor in the UBC Science Studies Program.
