After you’ve been accepted to the UBC Faculty of Arts and registration opens, you can enroll in Arts One by inputting your course selection into the Student Service Centre (SSC).
On SSC, register for:
- ARTS.001A.00A, which registers you for both your Arts One Lecture and Tutorial.
- One of LA1, LA2, LA3, LA4, or LA5, which registers you for an Arts One seminar. You may pick whichever seminar you prefer.

The Arts One program is 18 credits for the entire year. Assuming a 30 credit course load, the 12 remaining credits can go towards any of the courses available to first-year students at UBC.
