We are very sad to share news of the passing of Ellie Maze, a great friend of Arts One, from cancer, in July. Ellie’s generosity of spirit was matched by a quiet determination and wonderful sense of humor, and we extend our deepest sympathy to Jack Maze, her loving husband and an Arts One faculty alumnus.
For any who wish to honor Ellie, a donation to the BC Cancer Agency, BC SPCA or Vancouver Union Gospel mission would be appreciated. Jack has kindly shared a photo of Ellie, taken at her favorite café, Morrison’s.
